Position Overview
Summary Senior HR generalist role supporting Fashion and Fragrance and Beauty retail teams across Western Canada, partnering with Boutique Directors to manage employee experience, talent acquisition, onboarding and learning and development. The role requires travel across Canada and involves coaching managers, implementing HR initiatives and supporting people processes and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Partner with Fashion and F&B teams to support retail people initiatives and boutique operations.
Provide coaching to managers and assist in performance management and disciplinary processes.
Lead talent attraction, manage offer negotiations and prepare employment contracts.
Build and deliver structured onboarding plans and conduct exit interviews.
