JUST HR is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support a growing industrial operation in northern BC. This newly created role is designed to bring dedicated HR leadership directly to the site operations, providing hands‑on support to operational leadership and employees rather than managing people matters remotely.
The successful candidate will help strengthen workplace culture, support operational growth, and build trusted relationships across a diverse workforce in a highly operational environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings practical HR experience, sound judgment, and credibility in industrial, construction, or project-based settings.
