Position Overview
HRBP is a strategic partner role to the business leadership, aligning HR strategies with Business objectives. The role partners with functional unit/ business leadership to enable organisational effectiveness, drive performance, lead change and ensure people practices support growth, productivity and culture.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges and people implications.
