Description: The HR Business Partner will have responsibility to drive short term HR objective for SPM assets (CT1 & Albacore) in Portsmouth. Acts as key HR lead on asset leadership teams for both assets. Key deliverables include effective talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development and organizational management. Facilitates implementation and execution of Human Resource policies, initiatives, processes and programs during assignment duration. Coaching and counseling to line managers and leaders. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end support for all elements of an employee life cycle leading to an engaged workforce.
