As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRPB) & Mobility Lead, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR operational services (including employee mobility administration, administration of HR systems and programs, benefits plan, etc.) to achieve high standard of service and delivery for the assigned client group.
Manages questions and issues from co-workers and managers. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies to COEs and HRBPs.
Creates presentations/FAQs, runs Workday reports for HRBP/business requests for data, and ensures Workday transactions are approved in a timely manner.
