About the Team

The UK HR team supports 1,700 employees and their leadership teams, across 39 specialist businesses in the UK. Currently a team of 12 in the UK, and part of a broader People team of 23, we are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that the businesses in the region can attract, develop, and retain great talent, whilst providing a fantastic experience at every stage of the employee journey. The team is made up of an HR Operations function and a team of HR Business Partners, both of which play a crucial role in supporting the employees and leadership within the UK.
