Job Description
- Collaborate with user to understand the strategic objectives and needs of the directorate
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
- Provide and support to user on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct end-to-end collaboration in Learning & Development with Paragon University
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
