Position Overview
Role Purpose
To act as a strategic HR partner to the Content business, enabling business outcomes through effective talent management, organization design, employee engagement, and HR interventions tailored to the dynamic content ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with Content leadership (Creative, Production, Programming teams) to drive people strategy aligned with business goals
Act as a trusted advisor on organization structure, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness
Support business transformation and change management initiatives
2. Talent Management & Development
Drive talent review, succession planning, and high-potential development for content teams
Collaborate with L&D to identify capability gaps and build interventions for creative & production talent
Support career pathing for niche roles in content creation and media production
