Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR policies, talent management, and organizational development
Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
Drive engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategies
