The HR Business Partner leads the end‑to‑end Human Resources agenda for the Philippines , partnering closely with the country leadership team to drive business growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong people‑centric culture. Reporting to the Regional HR Head and Country Manager , this role ensures robust HR governance, talent readiness, and alignment with regional and global HR strategies while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.
