At Grandiose , we are currently seeking a HRBP to support our growing eCommerce team.
The HR Business Partner provides overall strategic and operational support related to all areas of human resources within their businesses assigned.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management - Ensure HR processes are implemented and operating within the group standards and plan for improvement as when required
- Ensure project deliverables are executed according to project timelines
- Strategize and initiate HR projects which are not introduced at group level to further add value in HR Business Partnering
- Ensure that all HR processes are measured and translated into reports which are regularly updated, validated and cascaded to the appropriate employees
