About the Role
The HR Business Partner is a generalist responsible for delivering our People agenda, including talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement for the Malaysia Cyberjaya operation. In this role, you will help build leadership capability, strengthen employee experience, and ensure our people practices support business performance in a fastβpaced, collaborative environment to deliver our people agenda and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people priorities with business goals and provide trusted advice on HR matters.
- Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations matters, performance issues, and disciplinary processes in a fair, consistent, and timely manner, providing guidance to managers and ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation.
