Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters Facilitate training, leadership development, and succession planning programs
