Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a healthcare organization in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity will focus on advising leaders and employees across a wide range of HR matters while helping maintain efficient daily operations. The role combines employee relations expertise, compliance oversight, and hands-on support for core HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
