This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in benefits administration while serving as a supportive resource for staff, contributing positively to the overall employee experience and district culture.

Qualifications - Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
