Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Personnel Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operationsAssist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records management and documentation filingCoordinate internal communications and handle routine correspondenceSupport onboarding and offboarding administrative processes 2. Employee Attendance Management
Maintain accurate employee attendance records in the HR systemMonitor daily attendance, including leave, tardiness, and absence trackingCalculate overtime hours in accordance with company policy and local labor regulationsPrepare attendance reports for payroll processing and management reviewEnsure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements 3. Company Activities & Event Support
