Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR and Admin Executive / Assistant to support our Singapore office. This role covers core HR administration, payroll support, and day-to-day office coordination. You will maintain employee records, support payroll for office staff, boat crew, and contract divers (including CPF processing via QuickHR), and ensure smooth office operations in line with company procedures and Singapore regulations (MOM/MPA )
