1.conducting recruitment/examining activities for assigned positions to include developing competency criteria, job analysis, job announcements, etc;
2.reviewing applications for corresponding qualification competencies or skill match;
3.forwarding the certificates of eligible to the selecting official and coordinating with them regarding agency procedures for selecting a candidate for the vacancy(s);
4.ensuring the selectee(s) meets all regulatory and legal obligations for proposed appointments;
5.sending notice of results to remaining applicants and preparing files for announcement close out;
6.applying pay setting in accordance with the applicable OPM and/or internal pay setting policies;
7.coding staffing actions in accordance with the Guide to Process Personnel Actions;
