Position Overview
Job Responsibilities: Assist with HR analytics for employee feedback and etc. Design posters and visual materials for company events. Maintain and update training records for all employees. Support HR projects (e.g., onboarding, audits, etc.). Provide administrative and logistical support for HR and organizational activities. Participate in company event preparation. Maintain and update HR database records. Handle and/or escalate HR, administrative, or organizational requests and queries. Collate and compile nominations, surveys, and feedback results. Assist in recruitment related activities, eg. schedule and coordinate interview sessions, participate in career talk/fair Coordinate HR-related activities with vendors/service providers. Perform other duties as assigned by the company supervisor or mentor.
Job Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource management related fields Minimum 5 months internship is preferred Teamwork Experience with Power BI will be an added advantage. ...
