This role supports HR operations by analyzing workforce data, managing payroll systems, coordinating communications with medical executives, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams, healthcare facilities, and external stakeholders.



The ideal candidate has experience handling client and executive-level calls, engaging with CEOs and leadership of medical facilities, participating in medical conferences, and ensuring HR and payroll systems function accurately and efficiently.
