Position Overview
Shape HR strategies as a Human Resources Business Partner in the agricultural sector. Provide leadership in employee relations and recruitment while working from a home office.
In this role, you will partner with an off-site HR team to support over 80 employees across multiple locations in southern Saskatchewan. Your focus will be on fostering positive relationships, conducting necessary site visits, and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to create a diverse workforce. Additionally, you'll manage performance, develop policies, and provide comprehensive HR support.
