KEY RESPONSIBILES
Personal Files
Maintain all personal files for company
Make up files for new employees
Do filing as required
Archive files as required
Jarrison System
Provide support to all branches with regards to Jarrison software queries
Check any discrepancies in clock-ins or leave
Back up to MTD Timekeeping Administrator
Liaise with Jarrison in regards to any software changes required
Recruitment/Terminations
Place advertisements internally and on online portals for all divisions, short listing of CVs, setting up of interviews, conducting interviews with Line Management, setting up polygraphs, doing credit and reference checks
Liaising with recruitment agents
Liaising with candidates when recruitment is done internally
