Join as a Human Resources Administrator to provide essential HR support in a District setting. This full-time role focuses on onboarding, employee engagement, and effective management support.
As an Onboarding and Engagement Partner, you will oversee the full-cycle employee onboarding process and manage retention efforts. Additional responsibilities include processing payroll and benefits paperwork, conducting exit interviews, and acting as the primary contact for employee queries. You'll collaborate with management to enhance HR presentations and training sessions.
