Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on HR Lead who can independently manage and execute all core HR functions for a small but growing digital marketing agency. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both people and processes.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, maintaining candidate pipeline and hiring trackers, coordinating with department heads.
- Payroll & Compensation: monthly payroll processing, attendance, leaves, deductions, maintain salary records and contracts, coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, handle reimbursements and basic queries.
- Attendance & Leave Management: track daily attendance, leaves, late records, maintain leave policies and balances, ensure compliance with working hours and company policies.
