Job Description:
- Support payroll administration, including processing, UIF submissions, and salary reconciliations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job advertising, screening, interview coordination, and orientation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain training records, and assist with WSP submission
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, and training metrics) and submit annual Employment Equity reports
- Assist with employee benefits administration, leave management, and HR-related queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including social events, internal communications, and wellness program
