Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the primary duty of the HR Officer to provide a comprehensive administrative
support to the day-to-day operations of the organization, particularly in the areas of
implementation of HR policies and processes, efficient delivery of performance
monitoring, benefits administration, monthly reports, and any other HR related matters.
HR Officer shall liaise closely with HR/Admin, Finance, Marketing, Production, and other
departments providing an efficient and effective HR support service to the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
ο· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource
Management, Psychology or equivalent.
ο· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
