Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for working in the mining industry.

Minimum Requirements: B. Com HRM / B. Soc. Sc Industrial Psychology Degree At least 3-5 years’ HR generalist experience Previous experience working in the mining environment will be beneficial Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e., SAGE, Biometrics etc. Extensive Industrial Relations experience and initiating disciplinary cases Sound knowledge on recruitment / retention practices Extensive knowledge on South African Labour Legislation Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality Innovative and driven Must be medically fit and pass a medical examination Pa...
