Job Summary
Reporting to the President, the Human Resources Manager is a strategic HR partner responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions across onshore and offshore operations. This includes manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role also oversees the overall management of personnel within the assigned business line, ensuring effective workforce planning, deployment, and alignment with operational requirements. In addition, the role leads HR policy development and provides leadership to the HR team to ensure effective, consistent, and high-quality HR delivery aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
