Position Overview

                    Job Description In this exciting context, the HR Manager will have a dual role:
 
Project Manager: hotel takeover, establishing the future vision, building an HR expertise pole and implementing LVMH and Cheval Blanc HR processes and tools for the Maison.
Operational role:
 
You will oversee all HR functions and you will manage the community of our Ambassadeurs (10 employees and 170 on seasonal fixed-term contracts) and ensure their satisfaction and optimum experience.

You will be involved in drawing up and implementing the Group's HR policy, working closely with the Head of Human Resources at HQ level.

In particular, you will be responsible for:
