This position responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resource operations in the hospital, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and organizational development. The role ensures the hospital maintains a skilled, motivated, and legally compliant workforce aligned with the hospitalβs values, policies, and patient care standards.
