Our Africa Management Team is seeking a new member to contribute to the development of effective HR strategies and outcomes, fostering leadership and talent, and establish partnerships within the Africa region, all while promoting a high-trust corporate culture and spiritual growth. Responsibilities include: Steward, plan, develop and implement HR management programs and processes, including recruitment and selection, orientation, compensation and benefits, talent engagement and performance management, member care and staff welfare, training and organizational development, through to service end and exit for staff, missionaries and volunteers. Work closely with corporate and regional leadership in developing and delivering effective HR strategies and outcomes in Africa.
