Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, dialysis staff, allied health professionals, and other clinical roles).
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for qualified healthcare candidates.
• Ensure timely endorsement, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Employee Relations
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and
procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
