Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organised, and people-focused individual to join our HR team as an HR & IR Coordinator. The role is responsible for supporting employee relations, HR administration, recruitment coordination, policy implementation, and workplace compliance while ensuring effective communication and positive employee engagement across the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting management and employees with HR processes, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, onboarding, training coordination, and employee records management.
