**What's the Job?**

+ Administer company human resource plans and procedures, assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and policies.
+ Support benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
+ Manage employee attendance and coaching absentee employees on the importance of attendance.
+ Support end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and training organization.
