Job Scope

• Handle full spectrum of the HR function.
• Handle payroll process (headcount 150- 200), employee tax matters.
• Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
• Process work passes application / renewal / cancellation / appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
• Arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
• Stationery and office maintenance.
• Ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
