Position Overview
Job Description - Aid in preparing recruitment, transfer, and redundancy plans based on general resources recruitment of different departments and business units as per forecasted budget.
- Source candidates using a wide variety of vehicles – including sourcing and mining, advertising and internet posting, direct sourcing, and referrals.
- Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports that include all updates and information gathered from time to time.
- Prepare periodic statistics related to manpower and performance management activities to serve as a reference for the foundation’s performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (with a focus on HR) or equivalent.
