Position Overview
HRBP serves as a strategic and operational partner to the business, ensuring that HR practices support organizational objectives while maintaining full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and ISO standards.
Key Accountabilities - Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance - Manage and oversee the licensing of all healthcare and pharmacy staff in line with UAE regulatory authorities (MOH, DHA, DOH)
