We’relookingforanexperiencedHRPeopleManager tosupportourZaraHome&OyshostoresacrosstheUK&Ireland.Thisisafield-basedrole ,workingcloselywithstoreandregionalteamstomakesureourpeoplestrategyworksinreality—ontheshopfloor,inday-to-dayoperations,andinhowteamsaresupported.

You’llbalancecommercialprioritieswithpeopleneeds ,ensuringstoresareresourcedproperly,compliant,andsetuptoperform.

Yourresponsibilities

• Managinghoursbudgetsandrotastrategies acrossyourregiontoensuretherightcoverageinstores

• PartneringwiththeBrandDirectorandRegionalteams toalignpeopleplanningwithbusinessneeds

• Reviewingkeypeopleandproductivitydata,andturningitintoclear,practicalactions

• LeadingEmployeeRelationscases ,givingclear,fairandlegallycompliantguidan...
