Lead end-to-end Human Capital and General Affairs functions, ensuring consistent HR policies, governance, and execution across head office and store locations.
Develop and execute People Blueprint, including current & future organization structure, manpower projection, and succession readiness to support business growth.
Drive long-term HR strategy and annual workforce planning, including budget ownership aligned with expansion and operational needs.
Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, people development, reward systems, and succession planning, building strong pipelines from frontline to leadership roles.
