Our client is seeking a resilient and proactive HC Generalist with a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) to join their dynamic Human Capital team. This role is critical in supporting line management with all ER matters, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
Proven experience handling disciplinary hearings, grievances, and CCMA representation.
Solid understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
