Job description: We are seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Human Capital Consultant to provide first‑line leadership, assurance and operational oversight across our Human Capital functions in AECI Plant Health South Africa, AECI Plant Health Malawi and AECI Animal Health. This role is central to ensuring full compliance, accurate execution, and consistent application of Human Capital policies, processes and standards across multiple sites and geographies. Key Responsibilities Conduct independent review and quality assurance on all Human Capital operational activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, BBBEE records and HR system transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness before approval.
