Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and automation
Build workflows, pipelines, templates, and sequences for lead nurturing and sales enablement
Log and maintain complete prospecting and trade show data from US team members
Integrate HubSpot with Amazon Seller data, Shopify, and other business tools
Create dashboards and reports to track lead flow, KPIs, and revenue performance
Analyze funnel performance and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM
HubSpot certifications are a plus
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, DSP, or advertising data integration
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar)
Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation, and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
