We’re looking for a Team Leader with a passion for team management, decision‑making, and continuous improvement, who shines at night.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the teams of the Madrid, Valencia, Bailén, Zaragoza, and Benavente Hubs.
• Oversee operations at these centers.
• Train and develop the team; ensure all team training is completed.
• Collaborate with key departments during your shift.
• Monitor service KPIs.
• Coordinate workplace accident procedures.
• Lead HPMs (HUB Planning Meetings).
• Serve as backup for the Team Leaders at the Bailén center.

Qualifications
