Key Responsibilities
Adhere to HSSEQ standards to ensure a safe workplace and meet client needs.Operate a safety system with preventive actions and risk management.Handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.Gather HSSEQ data and report monthly to Management and clients.Implement controls as per management system.Inspect terminals to ensure compliance with laws and standards.Coordinate HSSEQ-related communication with clients.Perform audits, assessments, and safety follow-ups.Manage and resolve safety incidents and issues.Provide HSSEQ training and manage monthly safety meetings.Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.
