Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to protect people, the environment, and the project by ensuring safe, compliant, and responsible execution of construction works. The HSE Officer provides assurance to management that HSSE and ESMS risks are identified, controlled, and continuously improved, while also supporting smooth project delivery through effective reporting, audits, coordination with site teams, and alignment with headquarters’ QHSSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) and Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) activities conducted by the EPC Contractor;
• Enforcing all aspects of HSSE & ESMS rules and regulations onto the EPC Contractor, and provide technical support to ib vogt’s site teams on all HSE aspects and issues;
