Powertech is seeking an experienced HSE Team Leader to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems within an aerospace manufacturing and propulsion environment. This role requires strong expertise in UAE regulatory frameworks (ADOSH), international standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001), and the management of high-risk industrial operations. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, promote a proactive safety culture, and act as the key interface between operations, leadership, and regulatory authorities.
