What You'll Do
Provide leadership to the Trainer – HSE for all training-related activities
Develop training material, presentations, and structured training programs to promote employee safety in the workplace.
Ensure all training compliance is in good standing and meets internal and external regulatory requirements.
Work with various members of the company to ensure standardized training processes across all departments.
Ensure OHSE compliance with company and government regulations, reporting, and documentation.
