4β6 years of relevant experience in an HSE role (textile/manufacturing industry preferred)
HSE certifications and NEBOSH certification.
Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and buyer safety requirements.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
