Position Overview
Job Purpose To ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on‑site by monitoring activities, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and project requirements.
- Monitor work activities and enforce safe work practices in line with company and client procedures.
- Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers.
- Report and investigate incidents, near‑misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
