Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate shall possess a strong background in HSE practices within the building construction sector (Villa & High-rise buildings) and demonstrate the ability to manage HSE requirements across multiple projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Development, review and update of a Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan.
• Develop and deliver a monitoring schedule including tours, inspections and audits of the site.
• Develop a competency framework, including a training matrix, record and plan for the team.
• Lead weekly formal Health and Safety inspections, workshops and meetings as required, and raise and verify close‑out of observations and actions identified.
